New Way Youth Services is excited to serve the youths and families in PA! Our multiple service youth agency has big hopes and bold dreams. We are dedicated to the population we serve and work in cooperation with various community service agencies including but not limited to: The Dept. of Youth and Family Services, Department of Juvenile Probation, Pocono Mountain School District, Dept. of Human Services, C-M-P Mental Health and Development Services, Pocono Mountain/Stroud Regional Police, US Armed Forces, PA Dept. of Parks and Recreations, Lehigh Valley and St. Luke's Health Networks, NEPA Federal Credit Union, PA Career links, Equip Ministries and Let's Talk Christian Ministries. We operate in agreement with the PA Continuum of Care (CoC) and The National Alliance to End Homelessness.

Secure Housing with In-House Services
New Way Youth Services offers a beautiful bi-level home in a safe community complete with a living room, dining area, shared bedrooms, two baths, a quiet room, and a community room for the residents. The home also has office space for direct care and administrative staff and a counseling room. Situated in the perfect location, this house is both serene and private while being just five minutes away from major highways and in-town.

With a 1:3 staff to client ratio, our in-house staff includes a Program Director, Program Administrator, Targeted Case Manager and Direct Care Staff. Each staff member is a trained and knowledgeable ministry oriented professional who believes that each resident is unique and enters the program with a "clean slate." Our staff is the backbone of program integrity and acknowledges that clients are best served if they are first understood and respected.

New Way Youth Services is proud to offer a safe home environment in conjunction with our "in-house" services which includes but is not limited to: individual and group counseling, educational assistance, community group activities such as dining out, bowling and movie night as well as in-house activities such as art, dance and exercise, cooking and game night. Independent living skills are persistently fostered, excellence is consistently rewarded and the opportunity to engage in church and youth fellowship is readily available to any resident that seeks it.
